All of these things push us to conform to the image of the world, worldly entertainment, worldly greed, lusts, hatefulness, separating one group of people from others, keeping us at each other's throats in hate and unforgiveness. So that we are constantly walking in the flesh, holding on to unforgiveness, hating our fellowmen.
    ALL THESE THINGS?

All those things are part of the entertainment God is providing for us all.

You are like a little child who is led into a Halloween horror house, and as you walk through the displays setup you believe everything you see is real, and they really frighten you.

This is eternally serious stuff, not entertainment for our amusement, if this is amusing to you, your quite deceived.

Well, to be fair sir, I don't hand mine over to a fictitious deity.
    "Fictitious deity" is a pleonasm.

Trust in a blind watchmaker is delusional, all hope in blind faith being placed in what can be nothing but fictitious facts.

A discussion on God and science, with a little gravity thrown in.
    The Nature of Explanation
    Agency and Science
Blah blah blah blah ad infinitum.

Democracy is good because it offers hoi polloi the illusion that they can make a difference.

    They can’t.

Tribal politics will always be more powerful than the truth.

And so it is with the great science/religion debate. No one is REALLY interested in the truth. They just regurgitate their tribal dictats.

Blah blah blah blah ad infinitum.

Your barb misses the mark; I'm not the one here who believes in a blind watchmaker.

As for "fictitious facts", we can start with the account in Genesis: saying everything came from nothing, ex nihilo, because somebody uttered some power words ("let there be light" ) is the stuff of Harry Potter stories. It sure isn't science.

Well that’s a difference of opinion between two worldviews realistically speaking I believe Christianity makes more sense and is more realistic than the worldview that can not offer opinions on a vast majority of reality, and where it does speak cannot do so without considering the whole, due to conflicts and other issues.

To be fair to the biblical truth about the physical universe coming to be from practically nothing, just a few words from God, we have those on the side of science who will be willing to accept the idea of the Nothing from which the universe came to be.

This one is no Harry Potter, because it's Dr. Lawrence Krauss, a renowned cosmologist, one who claims that everything in the universe came into existence from nothing. This idea is the central theme of his book, "A Universe from Nothing: Why There is Something Rather than Nothing." Dr. Krauss explores modern cosmogony and its implications for the debate about the existence of God, arguing that all signs suggest a universe that could and plausibly did arise from a deeper nothing,

There is no deeper nothing that implies a fixed changing point where there is nothing to change.

You have anything to compare ex nihilo to that is a better explanation, or is denial your go to?

By all means use science and logic to compare the Atheist and Christian views to each other. We share the same universe so all facts are facts for both sides.

That's where we get the expression: it's a matter of fact. The fact that physical matter is not a fact at all. The fact is that it's all an illusion. An illusion created by God, to deceive everyone, especially Christians and atheists.

In reality, the grand illusion is meant for all eyes to see and all ears to hear, as Jesus often exclaimed. Science is a part of the grand illusion. But it's a steadier illusion, one that can be tested through reproducibility and repeatability.

In the end, it will be interesting to see and hear who was fooled the most. Well, that's not really hard to predict. It will be those who are more sure of themselves that this grand illusion is real, in any way, shape, or form.

Quantum physics require an observer for something to materialize from nothing. The observer effect in quantum physics suggests that the act of observation can influence the materialization of quantum phenomena, challenging our classical understanding of reality and the nature of measurement.

If you are living in an illusion why bother those of us with physical bodies living in the real world?

You believe evolution had a designer that knew what was required and planned it out? The blind watch maker refers to a mindless process guiding evolution. So unless you are recanting your anti design view point you most certainly do have a problem with out answers.
