Squatters rights are a part of property law so every landowner should know about it. If the property is not in use, trespassing is difficult to argue.
This actually happened to someone in my family in the 1970s. He owned a piece of land and the neighbor built a giant pond that extended into our property almost a half acre. Squatters law gave him rights to that piece of land.

Hey, yeah, I got it that you didn't 'actually claim' that I said ALL of them were illegal aliens, that you were being facetious, but then, since your saying it did not have a 'hook', then it drifted off into the air.
