False statement in purchase of firearm. and lied to the dealer.
Possession of firearm while addicted to controlled substance
    Filing false return (2 counts)
    Tax Evasioin
    Failure to pay (4 counts)
    Failure to File (2 counts)

Yet, his lawyers fight to have the dase tossed out. But if he did this, do you woke libs have some justificationto just let him walk?
A simple question, with only one logical answer, yet we are all set for laughable responses.

I assume you mean case and not dase.

While we're on the subject however, I watched TV for 30 min. this morning as a Trump lawyer tried to do exactly the same thing in a Fulton County courthouse regarding his charges in Georgia. This is why we have judges, and juries decide these things based on the evidence and testimony rather than letting Libs and MAGA folks do it. Let the system work Joe. They usually get it right. 😲

Funny how laws work, you think he is guilty but the courts think otherwise.
I can only assume now you think the courts are corrupt.
What are you going to do when your orange jesus is found guilty of a crime, that date starts April 15 and your orange jesus is already attack the judges CHILD.
But nothing matters any more, X45 can literally shoot someone on 5th ave and you would say that dude deserved it.
In your screed against Hunter, you put out words, I saw no link to actual evidence and that just shows you are in the orange jesus swamp, HIS deep state.
If Hunter is guilty of crimes it will come out and Joe Biden is hands off as opposed to the family of X45, his daughter in law is now the head of the RNC and fired anyone not believing the 2020 election was not stolen and is hiring only those who profess to believe the 2020 election WAS stolen.
And you think we are worried about HUNTER?
We have said many times before, if Hunter was repub, if Biden was repub, there would be ZERO interest in the former republican party going after Hunter and you admitted it several times.

You children continue to miss an issue.
Did I, the creator of this informational thread, ask anyone to decide on all the mush that you two just harped on? I am not deciding, why do you think that, Is it a lib ploy.
I simply am asking if people who are CLEARLY on record as to these misdemeanors and felonies should just, out of hand, at the whim of a judge, should be released from the charges?
You see, it begs a question of the law, the violators thereof, and the judgments, the punishment and/or fines by a judge/jury, to allow him to just walk away. No punishment/ no fines.
Simple, huh? What would be your concerted opinions of a judge actually consideriing not charging him.? I or Suzianne would have to go to jail. Why not Hunter?
Y'all hate my questions. YOu get so angry and upset because they are borne of logic.I'm not too crazy about your answers!!!!

Dear Joe - Judges don't issue rulings based on "whims" and the issue of whether people are "clearly" on record about anything is not always as clear as it appears. I'm sorry you're "not too crazy about our answers!!!!" but you'll just have to let the system work Joe. They usually get it right.

You seem to accidentally get to the issue, Petunia.

What is right will be decided in a court of law, not in the forums of red hot pawn. How many more times do I have to spoon feed this to you? 😲

Where's that lap top, Joe? Where, after all these years, is that lap top?

(Oh, and: isn't it a crime punishable by twenty years imprisonment to flaunt photographs of the penis of an under-aged boy in public? Not Hunter's crime, Joe. Your Marge's.)

You silly goose, we all every day give opinions, that is all I asked for here. I could go back and link your 100s of opinions, but I am too busy handling those of Sonhouse for everyone.
Everyone, this little feller wants us to sit on our hands, not mention a court case, until the verdict is rendered. I swear . Would I lie? That is what he is saying. Why, Sonhouse would blow up like a capped T Kettle.

The question is….do you think it just to absolve him of these crimes, or should the law prevail and he be tried?

What crimes, Joe? What crimes? Where is the proof? Where is the laptop? Where is the evidence?

Oh, there is evidence all right. There is evidence of your beloved Marge being a paedophile, and spreading her paedophile pornography in Congress. She's a disgusting pervert who should be in jail for the rest of her life.

Why are you endorsing her paedophilia, Joe? Why are you, the pretend paragon of good morals, not going after her, the disgusting paedophile? Are you, perchance, yourself as bad a nonce as MTG?

You really have problems with inference. Try this, Marge. Margerie Taylor Greene.
