ISIS or Ebola?

You apparently do not understand the preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America, which states the following:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The call by the right-wing is for less infringement by the Federal government on the powers given to State governments, which results in infringement on individual liberty. This does not call for the Federal government to stop doing its part to defend the nation from all enemies, including the Ebola virus.
