Avatar upload always fails

how do i upload avatar always get failed to upload

Under MyProfile, Profile Images, Upload Avatar, read the instructions very carefully. Simple images such as clip art are small in size, but a snap from a new phone may be too big to fit under 4096kb (4mb).

As Kewpie says,the size of the image is important.
You need to look at the dimensions of the allowed image otherwise it'll not work

Please try now - we had a storage issue (lack of), now resolved.
