This is what happens when cities have zero regulation as to pollution. The Republicans have been trying to do it here in America but they are stopped by regulations. Same with Europe. Thank us later.

Interested to know what they mean by polluted.
I've been to 3 of those cities, including Hanoi, surprised it's at the top. The air quality in Bangkok for example is much worse and it's not even listed?
Also very surprised about Yangon, it's not a massive city, maybe dirty but polluted?
