Are you sure the games were rated?
As I've said before,I've never known the site software to be at fault in these type of situations.
No one else has complained so I don't think the site will be at fault

If I look at your profile, your rating is definitely changing.

Seems like you expect the last point on the rating curve should reflcet the last rating.

There si a Site Idea thread on that. The last point reflect your rating befire your last finished rated game, but if you click on it you are led to your last finished game.
