I'm 41, I live in Toronto and while I've been playing chess since I was 6, I generally like to play recreational chess. This site has been great for me, it allows me to play at a pace that is not too time consuming and find players at my general level.
PS I'm not very smart so I'll take my wins where I can get them, therefore I will time you out unless I know you or you have indicated you are on vacation.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
Rated stats are updated within 24 hours of the last completed rated game.
