fiancetto is something I know many teach kids and younger players to play. Personally I find it weakens your side creates hole in an otherwise solid defense for when you castle. This would be ok if you planned on Castling Queen side however with the English opening it is not possible. Just too many holes for black to poke at and it is those holes that costs White the Advantage here.

? I failed to see the point of this move, It closed off the white Diagonal for the Q to come out, you can argue it allows the Bishop to come to b2 but to what end. A better moved would of been d3 or finish the fiancetto

Black is now ahead in Development another reason that whites previous move as not as good.
5. Bf1g2
! Nice move should of been done before, Now there is 3 pieces to blacks 2 defending the D5 pawn.

!? In hind sight not sure if this was the best move for black. I wanted to sacrifice the D5 pawn for play. I wanted to stop the King from castling and keep him in the middle. Pxd5, Bxf2 + if Kf1 then Kd4 if Kxf2 ng4 + Kf1 and Kd4. Either way the knight on d4 would get pushed back with Kf3
6. e3
? This move opened up two giant holes that, Black later on is able to take full advantage of. Both square d3 and f3 are unprotected by any pawns. It allows Black to force Whites hand and take the pressure off of the d5 pawn.
6... a6
In case White tried to correct it self and push the Bishop back with D4.
7. cxd5
!? This would of been a great move if it wasn't for the fact white Played e3 with out having Played d4 to follow it up.
7... Bc8g4
! This is where we start to see the Exploit of those two weaknesses.
