Technically why save anyone if we are all sinners?

In the long run everything is to bring glory to God. Was it fair that the man was born blind? And latter in his life Jesus opened his eyes to see.

I would say it is the work of God in someone's life. Just like Paul on the road to Damascus he had no intentions of coming to God and God came to him and interfered in his life and he became a believer in Jesus Christ.

I interpret those to mean to follow Jesus and his teachings, because that is the way one comes to Christ or enter into Christ.

Others interpret the phrses more loosely to mean anyone who say they believe Christ with their mouth.

So the open ...[text shortened]... nful life, then God would not hear him. God hears only those he considers faithful and obedient.
Still, one must compare scripture with scripture to get the correct interpretation.

    James 5:16
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

    James 1:6,7
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

Not all who say to Jesus Lord Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven.

Obviously those are the ones who weren't called by God from the foundations of this world. Judas called Jesus Lord and Jesus said he is a devil.

So those called by God have their names written in the book of life.
Those not called do not have their names written in the book of life.

So all this is predetermined by God according to you... called predestination.

Jesus even gave Judas the bread that when Judas ate the bread Satan entered Judas.
