Belief is with the heart and not the mouth.
Belief with the mouth causes you boast that you are saved .. like some here
Belief with the heart causes you do good works, quietly and God sees and will reward you .
Christ has no interest in the former group.

Over and over in several different ways I told you no one do to that verse is declared righteous, it is simply pointing out that they know right from wrong. As soon as they sin they are sinners, unless you think any are with out sin on their own?

Still ignoring the following, I see:
    1 John 3
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,
neither he that loveth not his brother.

Depends which bible you have in front of you.
(And I'm not just talking about translation problems)
Different Bibles have different collections of Books.

You choose to only believe "the one in front of you"
What if your neighbours bible has one less Book?
    Or one more?

So answer my question then and tell me which assertions are untrue.

You seem to be the only one claiming that people believe with their mouths, never heard that from anyone else.

    d. All people?

You think its b. But its d. ALL PEOPLE. So nobody has to get into the Kingdom on their own merit. Christ died for all people, so whosoever does his will, can get eternal life.
You have just dodged my question and asked a question of your own. Is your answer to my question yes or no?

    My question was
    Rajk and ThinkOfOne:

Are you saying that some people are good enough on their own to merit entry into the kingdom of heaven based solely on their own works and efforts? Yes or No?

Neither of you have given me a straight answer.

Jesus spoke of some professed faithful Christians who believe with their mouths.
The fact that you have never come across it is of no relevance here.
