    why just the clan thread?
have you not seen the racist comments and abuse in the debates forum?
freedom of speech. you might not agree but it has to stay

Subscribers can alert posts by clicking on the "!" button next to the offending posts - Moderators will then look into the offending posts and decide whether it requires removal

Never been on the debates forum.
Freedom of speech is not the issue here.
Why should anyone genuinely interested in the thread topic have to trawl through pages of mudslinging to see if anyone else has anything relevant to say on a topic?
If people want to insult each other I have no objection to that.
I never look at the threads where I know this sort of thing is commonplace
The issue in this case is relevance.

I don't care if posts are offensive or not.
I just wish posters would stick to the point and if they have nothing to say on a subject, keep quiet and not use every thread as a medium for mudslinging.

its not mudslinging if its true
the public forums have no control. cant expect admin to read every post, must be thousands a day,
club forums are much more friendly

    Fair point I suppose.
Don't know about "true".A lot of the posts don't mention any facts.
Just insults and what i call "toilet" humour although "humour" is probably the wrong word
