Max time to finish phone call w/touch tones

So you get a dial tone and after a few seconds, it goes into busy signal, unable to dial.

But if you hit one number I think it resets that counter so with a 13 digit overseas number, what is the max you can milk the timeout?

One of these days I'll time the max it lets you have before the busy signal🙂
