Timed out before time?

How was my opponent able to time me out in this game whilst I still had 1.2 days of timebank remaining?

That should not have happened, if the 1.2 day timebank balance is correct. Go through the game log and look at the times used for each of your moves. Then if you confirm the 1.2 day balance, send feedback (link at bottom of every page on the site).

I just looked at your game detail,s and your right, you do have timebank remaining. I would get on to Russ to get the game reinstated.

Definitely something weird because my profile shows that I haven't lost any games to time out. 😕

I just looked at your profile.
It shows 4 wins and 1 loss by timeout.

It does now but it wasn't when I posted earlier.

Still dos'nt explain why you lost by timeout, when you still had time to move. Have you been in touch with Russ?

The confusion comes from the fact that we show the time bank remaining at the time of the timeout, even after the game timed out. (When it should be shown as zeroed.)
