Can you see the little question mark against your opponents name(Ali Ahmed) ?
I suspect it's something to do with him

No. but the question mark is a profile pic, the same way mine is a horse.

CJ is correct.
I didn't notice the picture was aside his name not yours.
He's selected a ? as his avatar.
You can find out how to display your own avatar in FAQ if you wish to do so.
Until you do it'll remain as a blank head and shoulders
