move notifications to email address

I am not receiving move notifications to my email address. The last one I did said "you may disable/enable email move notifications from 'Site Settings' > 'Notification Settings'". Where do I find the 'Site Settings'?

Or click the Icon in the upper right Corner and find "My Settings" at the lowest line, click that and you get a list of Settings, second one is the one you are looking for.
