I dont have 12 games running

Can the site manager look at the current have now. There isnt 12 anymore so I want the ability to play 12 max games. Now I believe i have 3

Um..... your profile tells us you currently have 14 games "in progress"? Better management required here.

I'm guessing he has his challenge level set to zero and has forgotten about it.

You are correct. You don't have 12, you have 14.
Do these games appear on your "my games" page?

The last two do not appear to have been started, and some are over a year old but still in progress.
They should all show up on your 'my games' page.
You may need to send a feedback to admin to get this resolved if you are unable to sort it out on your own.

I have looked at your games in progress and it looks to me like you have at least 7 opponents who have abandoned their games.
That means they have timed out by now and you should be able to click the skulls to claim your wins on those games and they will be removed from your 'in progress' list.
The last 2 do not appear to have ever been started so you can just delete them by clicking the trash bin icon.
At that point you may be down to only three active games and you can then start more.

But first you need to clear out the dead games.

I think you probably need to change the filter.
On my games scroll down and make sure you have the "all games" filter on.
I suspect the filter is currently set at "my moves"
The games the other posters are referring to should show up there and you can delete/claim as advised
