Lorenzo Carcaterra "Apaches" (97). There is so much crime and violence going on close to us, I'm trying to understand these new conditions.

Coaching mit Alien by Monika Treppte

It is not a grand novel, but an interesting take on coaching topics.

    William Lombardy.

Just a wild guess but thinking only Robbie will be interested.
The rest of you schmucks can get back to Jackie Collins.

Urban fantasy, for my fiction fix. Hughes, Butcher, Jacka, I've watched writers develop. Vampires are big, but that doesn't work for me. I've burned through the library, and could use some recommendations.

Tonke Dragt: Das Geheimnis des siebten Weges.

Interesting YA novel. A teacher who likes to tell stories (including him as Hero) is pulled into a complott...

AKA De Zevensprong. Long predates the current YA boom, and is a bloody good read. And made into a pretty good television series, as well.

As for me, I'm currently reading Judith Schalansky, Der Hals der Giraffe.

Indeed I have finished the book and enjoyed it.

Oh, no problem; I just mentioned it because I thought you might not know it, and to point others at this gem.

Good thing, though, that we're both reading books from one another's countries.
