I've just bought a painting that appears to be a copy of this one:

My picture is slightly less wide and has been painted on board rather than canvas. It's also signed by a completely different person. I intend to hang it on the wall of my office as soon as I get round to it.
Anyway, what I want to know is - what is that weird green ball above the fire?

They could be extremely small people and the ball is a golf ball, they have those dimples....

It's a green bowling ball for a giant with many many fingers.
