Time Expired

One of my Rated Games is Still Showing as " WAITING " , for opponent to play, when it should be Shown as Opponent lost on time. What do I do ?

It shows "Time expired" if I click on the game...Do you see a small skull in your list of games? Click on that one and you win on time.
