She has a FIDE rating but could not find her in USCF. FIDE as of right now is 1951. That is probably old though.

The Grandmaster that she beat, Alexander Ivanov, played really badly in their game. I'd like to see some more games of hers to see if she is as good as people claim.

White ignored the threat (28...a4) and played 28.Qh5 hitting h7.
Black deemed the check on h7 as just that, a check and played 28...a4.

Possibly noting that 29.Rxa4 was not a defence because it unpinned the e6 Knight and Nxg5 would net a piece.

The lass was not eyeing the h7 square, it was the square d8 that held her interest....and then she took care of that a4 threat.

EDIT: I confused Alexander Ivanov with the late Igor Ivanov, which was unfair to Alexander. My apologies for anyone who read it.

Just checked the RHP DB.

The player who was white here was called Kasparov. Game 2408544
He got banned back in 2006.

It's frightening, to me anyway, that I can recall all or pattern fragments from some
of the games played on here. Why are the GM games not sticking like these games do?
